Group Classes

Do you live in Cambridge and want to work out with your friends in a group setting? 

Come to my group classes! 

Each group class starts with a warmup, then various circuit training stations of cardio and strength exercises, finished with a lovely cool down and stretch. 

Every week is different than the one before!

Nervous? 

Don't worry! 

I always give different variations of each exercise, to make sure that ALL fitness levels, ages, and abilities are welcome! We're all on the same team here.

Aleks' Group Class Experience:

Julia is one of a kind! Not only has she helped me improve my understanding of how to do certain physical exercises, but she's shown me a different way of looking at exercising. I used to think of exercise as a burden rather than a celebration of what I am doing for myself. It took some time to change that mentality but Julia has helped me see that. 

The group classes were a game-changer for me because I got to meet other people too who were just as supportive! It is good to be around an environment where you feel uplifted for doing something that is truly for the benefit of yourself! 


I am deeply thankful for Julia. I have become more comfortable with myself and open to trying new things! She even convinced me to try out bouldering! (And I am deeply afraid of heights).


Results:

Classes take place every Saturday at 12:30pm .

Location is Lift Fitness on Mercers Row. 

Cost is £15 per person per class, paid in advance. 

Bring water and a friend.
