Julia is one of a kind! Not only has she helped me improve my understanding of how to do certain physical exercises, but she's shown me a different way of looking at exercising. I used to think of exercise as a burden rather than a celebration of what I am doing for myself. It took some time to change that mentality but Julia has helped me see that.
The group classes were a game-changer for me because I got to meet other people too who were just as supportive! It is good to be around an environment where you feel uplifted for doing something that is truly for the benefit of yourself!
I am deeply thankful for Julia. I have become more comfortable with myself and open to trying new things! She even convinced me to try out bouldering! (And I am deeply afraid of heights).
I can hold a plank for more than 20 seconds! (this used to be impossible).
Open to trying and doing new physical exercises (this was not possible before because I used to be insecure about doing them even if I had never done it).
Better mindset towards exercising.
