Pricing
All of my training can be done virtually. So don't let distance prevent you from your goals!
I charge £50 per hour for individual training sessions, either paid by monthly subscription, or sold in packs of five.
For two people (couples, friends, etc.) I charge £40 per person, also paid via monthly subscription, or sold in packs of five.
How that breaks down:
If you want to pay for a pack of 5 sessions, that's £250 (£50 x 5 = £250)
If you want to pay for a pack of 10 sessions, that's £500 (£50 x 10 = £500)
If you pay by monthly subscription, I multiply £50 by the average weeks in a month, because you're paying for that whole month, and months have different number of days, so I take the average number of weeks, which is 4.33.
So, for 1x session per week, that cost is £215 per month (£50 sessions x 4.33 week average = £215).
For 2x sessions per week, that cost is £430 per month (£50 sessions x 2x per week x 4.33 week average =£430).
(Paying by monthly subscription is cheaper than buying packs of sessions)
There is a 24 hour cancellation window for cancelling sessions. If it's within that window you will be charged, if it's outside that window, we can re-arrange your session free of charge.

Weekly Check-Ins
(£75 for a pack of five)
How are you ~really~ doing? I check in each week to make sure you're staying on track with your goals, answer questions, review form, whatever you need. Sold in packs of five.
Movement Journal Evaluation & Review
(£30)
We review a week's worth of your activity levels, and together we identify positive patterns while searching for places to improve.
